Skin from hair sheep breeds, dehaired and pretanned with vegetable extracts, preserved for further tanning. Fits HTS 4102.29.20.00 as other sheep or lamb skins without wool, vegetable pretanned, excluded from note 1(c) exceptions. Commonly used in high-end glove leather.
