Whole unsplit bull hide from bovine, pickled for preservation, weight ≤16 kg fresh equivalent, not tanned. HTS 4101.20.10.10 applies to such raw preserved bovine hides for automotive leather. Pickling prevents putrefaction without advancing preparation.
