A neoprene-based vulcanized rubber apron for scuba divers or snorkelers providing lower body protection from abrasions. HTS 4015.90.00.10 includes such synthetic rubber aprons as clothing accessories, excluding sports articles of Chapter 95. Chest harness secures it during water entry.
