A continuous rectangular strip of noncellular vulcanized polychloroprene (neoprene) rubber, 5cm wide x 2mm thick, supplied in rolls or cut lengths. Classified in HTS 4008.29.4000 as 'strip' of noncellular rubber, simply cut to rectangular shape without profile or further working. Used for weatherstripping and conveyor edging.
