Black rectangular plate of noncellular vulcanized EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber, 3mm thick for outdoor weathering applications. Under HTS 4008.29.4000 as plates of noncellular rubber, surface may be smooth but uncut to non-rectangular shapes. Used for roofing membranes and expansion joints.
