Gray 5mm thick vulcanized ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) rubber plate in rectangular block form, noncellular. It qualifies for HTS 4008.21.00.00 as a block of regular geometric shape simply cut to rectangular dimensions, used in roofing membranes and expansion joints.
