SBR Crumb Rubber (Hot Polymerized) from China
Hot SBR crumbs are granular primary forms from high-temperature emulsion polymerization, ideal for tire treads and conveyor belts. HTS 4002.19.00 covers these bulk forms as they qualify as synthetic rubber per chapter notes, uncompounded except for allowed stabilizers. Provides balanced abrasion resistance.
