Oil-extended SBR bales contain mineral oil up to 50 phr, in rectangular block form for footwear soles. Permitted under HTS 4002.19.00 per chapter note 5(a)(iii) as primary form retaining rubber character. Improves processing fluidity.

• Declare oil extension percentage and type (mineral only); test extension doesn't alter vulcanization properties
• Use wooden pallets for bales; distinguish from plasticizer-extended under note 5(a)
