Granular synthetic rubber mixture of SBR with over 50 percent styrene content by dry weight, in bulk primary form for tire compounding. HTS 4002.19.00.20 applies as it meets synthetic rubber vulcanization test, high styrene spec, and excludes textiles/electrical per chapter exclusions. Used as raw input for rubber vulcanization.
