Europrene SOL T 193A consists of SBS block copolymer crumbs from solution polymerization, with ≤50% styrene, used in roofing and asphalt modification. HTS 4002.19.00.14 applies to these thermoplastic elastomer crumbs as uncompounded synthetic rubber in bulk primary form. Meets Chapter 40 vulcanization and recovery test criteria.
