RSS 3 Ribbed Smoked Sheet Rubber from China
RSS 3 TSNR grade features slightly higher dirt content (0.20%) than RSS 1 but remains technically specified for general tire carcasses and conveyor belts. Produced via traditional ribbing and smoking of natural latex sheets. HTS 4001.22.00 applies to these primary sheet forms without prohibited additives.
