A waterproof tablecloth consisting of PVC plastic film combined with nylon textile reinforcement, total weight exceeding 1.492 kg/m². Nylon man-made fibers predominate in the textile component. HTS 3921.90.25 applies to such rigid plastic sheets with predominant man-made fiber textiles.
