Vinyl Window Cling Film from China
Static-cling PVC sheets containing at least 6% plasticizers for decorative window applications, noncellular and unsupported. HTS 3920.43.5000 covers these flexible vinyl chloride films. The plasticizer enables repositionable adhesion without adhesives.
