Pull Bow Polypropylene Ribbon Strip from Germany
Pre-perforated polypropylene strip that forms pull-activated bows for gift packaging. Despite bow-forming capability, it enters as continuous strip under HTS 3920.20.00.15 for propylene decorative ribbon, packaged accordingly. Remains noncellular strip until consumer assembly.
