Hydroxyl-Terminated Polyisoprene (HTPI) from China
HTPI is a telechelic natural rubber derivative with hydroxyl end-groups, used as a reactive prepolymer in polyurethane elastomers and adhesives. Supplied as viscous liquid or solid in drums. HTS 3913.90.1000 covers this chemically modified natural rubber in primary form.

Import Tips
• Include end-group analysis (OH content) and molecular weight data to prove chemical modification status
• Declare exact polyisoprene content (>95%) to meet polymer naming rules in subheading note (a)(1)
• Prevent reclassification to 3909 by ensuring not presented as polyurethane prepolymer solution
