Polyisobutylene is a synthetic rubber-like polyolefin from isobutylene monomer, imported as viscous liquid or granules under HTS 3902.90.00 for other olefin polymers in primary forms. It qualifies as the isobutylene units exceed 95% by weight. Commonly used in chewing gum base, adhesives, and sealants.
