PolYOCTene, a 1-octene based elastomer resin in primary form, classified HTS 3902.90.0050 for other olefin polymers with predominant octene monomer. Used in tire compounds and wires for elasticity. Subheading (a)(4) applies for non-dominant specific olefins.
