Medium-chain chlorinated paraffin (C14-C17, 42-52% chlorine) used as secondary plasticizer in PVC flooring and cables. HTS 3824.99.5000 covers this non-short-chain, solely chlorinated hydrocarbon mixture as chemical preparation. Enhances flame retardancy and flexibility.
