An inorganic powder additive containing zinc oxide compounds designed to inhibit corrosion of steel reinforcement in concrete structures. It qualifies for HTS 3824.40.20.00 as a prepared inorganic additive specifically for cement and concrete use. The zinc reacts to form protective layers on rebar surfaces.
