A dry powder mix of magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride used to produce fast-setting magnesium oxychloride concrete for rapid repair applications. HTS 3824.40.20.00 applies as it's composed entirely of inorganic magnesium compounds prepared for cement use. Sets in 10-30 minutes.
