A colloidal solution of lithium silicate used to densify and harden freshly placed concrete surfaces by chemical reaction forming calcium silicate hydrate. Classified HTS 3824.40.20.00 as wholly inorganic prepared additive for concrete. Increases surface abrasion resistance dramatically.
