Gypsum-Based Concrete Retarder from Japan
A powdered inorganic blend primarily of calcined gypsum and phosphates used to extend working time of concrete in hot weather conditions. HTS 3824.40.20.00 because it's wholly inorganic and specifically prepared for cement retardation. Prevents flash set in mass concrete pours.
