Industrial tallow fatty acids are monocarboxylic acids split from animal tallow fats, primarily oleic and palmitic acids for metal soaps, lubricants, and ore flotation. Non-edible grade with characteristic odor and color. HTS 3823.19.4000 covers these as 'other' industrial fatty acids.
