Mixed alkylnaphthalenes are alkylated naphthalene derivatives used as high-temperature synthetic lubricants in compressors and turbines. HTS 3817.00.1500 covers these as other mixed alkylbenzenes/naphthalenes, excluding purer forms in 2902. Their multi-alkyl chain composition provides superior oxidation resistance.
