This 50% solids solution of sodium lignosulfonate is desugared and concentrated spent sulfite liquor from softwood pulping, employed as a dispersant in dyestuffs and pesticides. It qualifies for HTS 3804.00.10.00 as chemically treated residual lye containing lignin sulfonic acid salt.
