Guar-gum sensitized ammonium nitrate prills in paper cartridges known as 'powdered dynamite' for construction blasting. Lower velocity than gelatin dynamite but cost-effective for general rock breaking. HTS 3602.00.0030 covers all such high explosives put up for blasting.
