Vanilla resinoid is a thick, alcohol-soluble extract obtained by hydrocarbon solvent extraction from vanilla beans, used as a fixative in fragrances. It qualifies for HTS 3301.90.50.00 as 'other' resinoids, not covered by oleoresins in other chapters. Primarily imported for industrial perfume production.
