Solvent Yellow 14, a monoazo synthetic dye, is used for coloring solvents, waxes, and petroleum products. HTS 3204.19.20 applies as it's described in U.S. note 3 to section VI for other solvent dyes. Its solubility in non-polar media excludes it from aqueous dye headings.
