NOBS-60 Pre-Dispersed MBTS Accelerator from Germany

Despite dispersion, the active ingredient's benzothiazole structure qualifies it under HTS 2934.20.10.00 as the principal compound. Used in automotive belts and hoses for controlled vulcanization.
