Prometryn is a methylthiolated s-triazine herbicide featuring a pyrimidine ring, effective against annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in cotton and potatoes. It is imported under HTS 2933.59.1500 as an 'other' aromatic pesticide with pyrimidine heteroatoms. The code applies to such selective pre- and post-emergence herbicides.
