CIPC, or Isopropyl-N-(3-chlorophenyl) carbamate (Chlorpropham), is an aromatic cyclic carbamate herbicide and sprout suppressant used on potatoes and other stored crops to inhibit germination. It is explicitly listed under HTS 2924.29.43.00 as a pesticide within the carboxyamide-function compounds of carbonic acid. This product is the technical active ingredient imported in pure form for industrial pesticide formulation.
