Tris(2-chloroethyl) Phosphate (TCEP) from Mexico
TCEP is a halogenated phosphoric triester used as a flame retardant in polyurethane foam and textiles despite regulatory scrutiny. HTS 2920.90.51.00 includes its halogenated derivatives of inorganic acid esters. Phased out in some uses but imported for industrial applications.
