Tributyl Phosphate (TBP) from China
TBP functions both as extractive solvent and secondary plasticizer in cellulose acetate and nitrocellulose coatings. Under HTS 2919.90.50.10 when specified for plasticizer use, this trialkyl phosphate provides rapid solvency. Common in nail polish and printing ink formulations.
