Chlordecone (ISO), also known as Kepone, is a chlorinated polycyclic ketone insecticide classified under HTS 2914.71.00.00 as a halogenated ketone derivative with other oxygen functions. It is provided in technical grade purity (>95%) for industrial pesticide formulation, meeting Chapter 29 note (a) for separate chemically defined organic compounds.
