Chlorendic Anhydride from Japan
Chlorendic anhydride (1,4,5,6,7,7-hexachlorocyclopentene-3,4-dicarboxylic anhydride) is a halogenated cyclic compound used in flame-retardant resins. It qualifies for HTS 2903.89.70 as a halogenated derivative of cyclenic hydrocarbons with its characteristic chlorinated cyclopentene ring. Excluded from heterocyclic provisions by Chapter 29 notes.
