Hexachlorobutadiene from Mexico
Hexachlorobutadiene (C4Cl6) is a fully chlorinated saturated acyclic hydrocarbon derivative of butadiene. Despite its name suggesting unsaturation, commercial forms are saturated perchlorobutanes under HTS 2903.19.60. Used as heat transfer fluid and rubber extender.
