Cryogenic Liquid Ethylene from Japan
Liquefied ethylene at -103°C for bulk petrochemical delivery via ISO tank containers or rail cars. Remains classified as pure ethylene (HTS 2901.21) per Chapter 29 as physical state doesn't affect chemical classification. Used for on-site vaporization in polymer plants.
