Copper Phosphide Powder from China
Copper phosphide, containing over 15% phosphorus by weight, functions as a semiconductor material and phosphor copper alloy precursor. Although Chapter note places it in 2853 generally, pure forms of other metals classify under HTS 2853.90.50.00 excluding ferrophosphorous. Used in electronics and metallurgy.
