Strontium aluminate (SrAl2O4:Eu,Dy) doped with europium and dysprosium is a long-persistence luminescent powder for glow-in-the-dark paints. Classified in HTS 2841.90.40.00 as chemically defined aluminate per Chapter 28 notes, excluding luminophores only if organic (3206). Used in safety signage.
