Technical grade calcium percarbonate is used in aquaculture oxygenation and mild bleaching. As a peroxocarbonate, it is 'other' under HTS 2836.99.5050, per Chapter notes on inorganic peroxocarbonates. It effervesces in water to release oxygen.
