Arsine (AsH3) is a highly toxic, flammable gas used in microelectronics for doping. As a hydride acid of nonmetal arsenic, it falls under HTS 2811.19.61 per Chapter 28 definitions for inorganic acids. Its classification excludes organo-inorganic forms.
