Thermal Black Carbon Black from China
Thermal black carbon black is manufactured by thermal decomposition of hydrocarbons in the absence of air, yielding larger particle sizes than furnace black. Classified under HTS 2803.00.0010 as pure amorphous carbon black, it's used in specialty rubber and plastics for conductivity. Lower structure makes it ideal for non-reinforcing applications.

Import Tips
• Provide manufacturer specs confirming thermal process production to distinguish from furnace black and support Chapter 28 classification
• Declare aggregate particle size and surface area; thermal blacks >50 nm avoid nano-material reporting under TSCA
