High-purity liquefied ethylene maintained at cryogenic temperatures for polymerization into polyethylene resins, explicitly under HTS 2711.14.00.10 as liquefied ethylene petroleum gas. It is imported in ISO tank containers designed for extreme low temperatures. The HTS covers pure ethylene in liquefied state distinct from gaseous forms.
