This is a light distillate fuel oil derived from petroleum, tested at 25 degrees A.P.I. or more with Saybolt Universal viscosity at 37.8°C less than 45 seconds, containing biodiesel and sulfur between 15-500 ppm. It meets HTS 2710.20.10.13 specifications for blended fuel oils used in on-road diesel engines compliant with EPA standards. The biodiesel content ensures it qualifies under the biodiesel-containing subheading.
