A preparation containing 70% or more petroleum distillates blended with biodiesel, meeting No. 2 fuel oil specs with >500 ppm sulfur, API ≥25°, and low viscosity. HTS 2710.20.10.08 applies to such biodiesel-containing high-sulfur light fuel oils. Suitable for winterized heating in non-attainment areas.
