A blended No. 2 fuel oil with 20% biodiesel and 80% ultra-low sulfur petroleum distillate, meeting HTS 2710.20.10.05 criteria for light fuel oils (API ≥25°, viscosity <45 sec, ≤15 ppm S). Designed for on-road diesel engines, it complies with EPA low-sulfur mandates while incorporating renewable biodiesel. The petroleum oils exceed 70% by weight as the basic constituent.
