It contains more than 500 ppm sulfur, distinguishing it from ultra-low sulfur diesel, and falls under HTS 2710.20.10.04 as a light fuel oil No. 2 classified as diesel. This classification applies to non-road and locomotive use where higher sulfur content is permitted.
