70N white mineral oil is a highly purified, colorless petroleum-derived mixture of hydrocarbons (no single >50%), used in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and food processing. It is inert and meets USP standards. HTS 2710.19.45 covers it as a non-specific hydrocarbon mixture with ≥70% petroleum oils.
