No. 4 Fuel Oil Ultra-Low Sulfur from China
A medium-viscosity distillate fuel oil derived from petroleum refining, testing 25 degrees A.P.I. or more with Saybolt Universal viscosity at 37.8°C between 45 and 125 seconds, containing ≤500 ppm sulfur. Classified under HTS 2710.19.11.15 due to its specifications as a No. 4-type fuel oil for industrial heating and power generation. Used primarily in boilers and large burners where low sulfur reduces emissions.

Import Tips
• Verify sulfur content via ISO 20846 or ASTM D5453 testing; certificates required for customs clearance to confirm ≤500 ppm
• Provide detailed specification sheets including A.P.I. gravity, viscosity at 37.8°C, and flash point to avoid reclassification
