Marine Gas Oil (MGO) classified as No. 2/3 fuel meets HTS 2710.19.11.07 specs: light distillate (visc <45 sec, API ≥25°) with 15-500 ppm sulfur for vessels in emission control areas (ECAs). It's a petroleum distillate ≥70% oils, not crude or biodiesel, used in auxiliary engines and main propulsion. Sulfur limit complies with IMO 2020 regs outside global caps.
